Diagnosis is difficult on its own, but trying to remember the likelihood ratios for various diagnostic tests is too much to ask. This simple tool is a free and open-source (see link) method to create a differential diagnosis and check how various physical exam findings and diagnostic tests would effect a post-test probability.
